Responsibilities

As an Architect/Senior Architect, your role is crucial to materialising the firm's commitment to high architectural standards and adhering to the UK's Building Regulations. You will:

• Lead workshops with clients/consultants and communicate design concepts effectively.

• Create residential layouts and monitor construction stage with robust on-site supervision.

• Display your detailing and construction drawing prowess.

• Conduct regular site inspections and generate comprehensive reports.

• Communicate effectively with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth progress.

• Resolve design issues promptly and consult clients directly about solutions.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Part III qualification with at least 3 years’ professional experience.

• Simultaneous handling of multiple workloads effectively under time pressure.

• An eye for design and an interest in sharing innovative ideas.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
