Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional architectural projects from concept to completion. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the practice's portfolio of residential and hotel projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements while maintaining the firm's signature minimalist elegance and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Design and develop architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and sustainable designs
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client meetings
Engage in research and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Proficiency in Revit
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A portfolio showcasing previous architectural work and design capabilities
