Position Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including a 1600-unit multi-unit residential development in North London, a large-scale life science/laboratory scheme, and both new-build and refurbishment commercial projects. You will contribute to the practice's mission of creating timeless buildings and spaces that resonate with their users.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of architectural projects

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality design and successful project outcomes

  • Produce detailed drawings, models, and visualisations using AutoCAD and Revit

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

  • Assist with the preparation of planning applications and tender documents

  • Contribute to the practice's commitment to sustainability and achieving net-zero carbon targets


Requirements

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

  • Excellent design and technical skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Residential experience is advantageous

  • Commitment to sustainable design principles
