Position Overview
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including a 1600-unit multi-unit residential development in North London, a large-scale life science/laboratory scheme, and both new-build and refurbishment commercial projects. You will contribute to the practice's mission of creating timeless buildings and spaces that resonate with their users.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of architectural projects
Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality design and successful project outcomes
Produce detailed drawings, models, and visualisations using AutoCAD and Revit
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Assist with the preparation of planning applications and tender documents
Contribute to the practice's commitment to sustainability and achieving net-zero carbon targets
Requirements
RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent design and technical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Residential experience is advantageous
Commitment to sustainable design principles
