Our client, an excellent architectural design consultancy based in London, is seeking a talented Architect to join their team. With a reputation for transforming listed buildings into bespoke homes and reshaping London's skyline, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect to work on prestigious projects in the prime residential and hospitality sectors.

Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional designs for high-profile projects. You will support the team on a Grade II* listed home project in Hampstead, ensuring the highest standards of design and technical detailing. Additionally you will also be involved in a new project in Australia, collaborating with the local team and acting as a design guardian throughout the planning and delivery stages.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of a new mixed-use project in Australia, covering approximately 600,000 square feet on greenfield land. This will include small wildlife sanctuaries amongst other sustainable design solutions.

• Support the team on an 11,500 square-foot Grade II* listed home project in Hampstead, ideally acting as a job runner.

• If you have some knowledge on contract administration this would also be a big plus.

• Contribute positively to the office culture and be a fantastic team player. Perhaps this last part in the most important aspect. Experince can be learned, attitude is something that on you can bring. At all stages you will be supported by an incredibly forward thiking and caring studio environment.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong team player

• Experience in high-end residential projects

• Strong technical detailing knowledge

• Familiarity with Part 3 and contract administration (beneficial)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
