Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional architectural designs for our client’s prime residential and hospitality projects. Your expertise in historic and heritage buildings will be invaluable in ensuring compliance with regulations while pushing the boundaries of design. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure the successful delivery of each project.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural designs aligned with client needs and project specifications

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of historic and heritage buildings to inform design decisions

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication

• Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications

• Oversee project progress, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in Prime Residential and Hospitality projects, particularly involving historic and heritage buildings

• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Vectorworks a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative mindset with a passion for innovative design and problem-solving

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
