Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for various regeneration projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring that innovative design techniques and modern construction methods are used to create sustainable and vibrant neighbourhoods. Your work will contribute to the economic viability of developments and unlock long-term commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and drawings for regeneration projects

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements

• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information

• Use innovative design techniques and modern construction methods

• Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards

Requirements

• Relevant architectural qualification (ARB and RIBA registered)

• Proven experience in architectural design and placemaking

• Strong technical skills in modern construction methods

• Ability to challenge design assumptions and add value for clients

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
