Position Overview

As a Part III qualified architect, you will play a key role in the early design and concept development stages (RIBA Stages 2-3) of various projects. Your adaptability and diverse project background will be crucial as you collaborate across teams, primarily using Revit, with some AutoCAD involvement as a bonus. This position offers the chance to contribute to the studio's portfolio of exceptional workspaces, restaurants, private homes, and large-scale residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the early design and concept development (RIBA Stages 2-3) of residential and commercial projects

• Collaborate effectively across teams, demonstrating adaptability and versatility

• Utilise Revit as the primary design tool, with AutoCAD experience being a bonus

• Deliver high-quality design solutions in line with the studio's reputation for innovation and excellence

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion

Requirements

• Part III qualified architect

• Recent experience in both residential and commercial projects

• Strong proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus)

• Ability to work comfortably in early-stage design and handle multiple projects

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to start quickly and integrate smoothly into a dynamic team
