Position Overview
As a Part III qualified architect, you will play a key role in the early design and concept development stages (RIBA Stages 2-3) of various projects. Your adaptability and diverse project background will be crucial as you collaborate across teams, primarily using Revit, with some AutoCAD involvement as a bonus. This position offers the chance to contribute to the studio's portfolio of exceptional workspaces, restaurants, private homes, and large-scale residential projects.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the early design and concept development (RIBA Stages 2-3) of residential and commercial projects
Collaborate effectively across teams, demonstrating adaptability and versatility
Utilise Revit as the primary design tool, with AutoCAD experience being a bonus
Deliver high-quality design solutions in line with the studio's reputation for innovation and excellence
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion
Requirements
Part III qualified architect
Recent experience in both residential and commercial projects
Strong proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
Ability to work comfortably in early-stage design and handle multiple projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to start quickly and integrate smoothly into a dynamic team
