Our client, an award-winning architecture practice known for their creative and innovative designs, is seeking a talented Architect to join their close-knit team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified architect to work on a diverse range of high-end residential and developer-led projects, collaborating with a passionate team committed to delivering unique architectural solutions.
Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and project specifications. Working closely with the team and clients, you will be involved in all stages of the design process, from concept development to detailed drawings and presentations. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining the practice's reputation for design excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop creative and tailored architectural designs that align with client requirements and project briefs
Collaborate with team members and clients throughout the design process to ensure effective communication and project success
Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and proposals
Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with regulations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and sustainability
Work on a diverse portfolio of high-end residential bespoke houses and larger developer-led schemes
Requirements
RIBA/ARB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
Newly qualified architect preferred
Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred or willingess to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a close-knit team
Creative mindset with a passion for innovative design and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions
