The Position
Our client is seeking an imaginative and skilled architect to join their team and contribute to a diverse range of design-led projects in the residential, mixed-use, hotel and commercial sectors. As part of your role, you will prepare and develop drawings, models, images, and other design documentation across all RIBA stages, working collaboratively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors. Requirements
• A minimum of three to four years’ practice experience working as an architect at all RIBA stages (especially stage 3 & 4)
• Strong design ability including experience of detail/technical design and delivery
• Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp (or similar) and have appropriate rendering competencies
• Experience of AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, approachable and a strong team player
• Comfortable and confident in both client facing and contractor facing roles
