Company Overview
Our client is a cutting-edge design studio, creating projects of varied scales in some of the most historic and sensitive UK locations. Responsibilities
As an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and construction process. You'll be a strong designer engaged in design team interaction and the communication of ideas to a diverse audience. Your role will require flexibility to work across all scales while delivering high-quality spaces. In this design-led role, you will coordinate detailed design elements and take projects through to site. Therefore, experience in the later RIBA stages is key.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you will need to possess:
Exceptionally strong design and detailing skills
Excellent visualisation skills, preferably using Rhino, Enscape or 3ds Max and V-Ray
Experience in design team coordination and client liaison
Two to three years’ post-Part 3 experience and ARB registration
Proficiency in all RIBA work stages and technical expertise in current construction methods
Proficiency in MicroStation
BIM (Revit) experience would be an advantage
UK construction and procurement experience would be a bonus
