A creative and dynamic architect is sought for an exciting role at a prestigious London-based architectural practice. This opportunity allows for the chance to work on a notable commercial project, utilising cutting-edge technologies and fostering imaginative designs.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work on a premier £35 million commercial mixed-use project, situated in the heart of London’s financial district. This high-profile role will expose them to a diverse project base, developing architectural designs that champion sustainability, efficiency and occupant well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing design and technical knowledge across all RIBA work stages

  • Ensuring competent fire and life safety design in adherence with ARB guidelines

  • Advancing sustainable design practices in line with ARB guidelines

  • Liaising with external consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.


Requirements

  • Proficient using Revit

  • Excellent design and technical knowledge across all RIBA work stages

  • Demonstrated ability in fire and life safety design in line with ARB guidelines

  • Proven skills in sustainable design practices following ARB guidelines

  • Ability to produce consistent work with excellent graphic, written, and verbal presentation skills
