A creative and dynamic architect is sought for an exciting role at a prestigious London-based architectural practice. This opportunity allows for the chance to work on a notable commercial project, utilising cutting-edge technologies and fostering imaginative designs.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work on a premier £35 million commercial mixed-use project, situated in the heart of London’s financial district. This high-profile role will expose them to a diverse project base, developing architectural designs that champion sustainability, efficiency and occupant well-being. Key responsibilities include:
Championing design and technical knowledge across all RIBA work stages
Ensuring competent fire and life safety design in adherence with ARB guidelines
Advancing sustainable design practices in line with ARB guidelines
Liaising with external consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Proficient using Revit
Excellent design and technical knowledge across all RIBA work stages
Demonstrated ability in fire and life safety design in line with ARB guidelines
Proven skills in sustainable design practices following ARB guidelines
Ability to produce consistent work with excellent graphic, written, and verbal presentation skills
