Position Overview

As an Associate, you will oversee multiple high-end projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of the studio. Your strong design acumen, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional architectural solutions will be instrumental in driving the success of both the projects and the practice as a whole.


Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Engage with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure project alignment with their expectations

  • Drive design excellence by integrating a sensitive blend of traditional and contemporary approaches

  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment

  • Identify new business opportunities and enhance the studio's reputation within the industry

  • Collaborate with the management team to implement strategic goals and operational improvements


Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential/ hotel projects, preferably within the luxury sector

  • Strong design and technical skills, with a portfolio demonstrating excellence in high-end residential design

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience in business development and client management

  • Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
