We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Architect to lead a team of 5 in the delivery of two London based residential schemes comprised of 300 units and 600 units. This passionate architecture practice is based in London and Berlin with over 15 years of experience and are committed to developing their staff.

The Position

As an integral part of their dynamic team, you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible difference inspiring aspiring architects and contributing to groundbreaking residential projects that will redefine the city and contribute to a brighter future for generations to come. 

Your primary responsibility as a senior architect will be to lead a team of highly skilled professionals in the delivery of two prominent residential schemes. The first project, consisting of 300 units, offers an exciting opportunity to embrace innovation and set new benchmarks in architectural design. The second, boasting an impressive 600 units, presents a unique challenge to create residential spaces that effortlessly blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

To excel in this role, you must possess prior experience in successful project delivery and demonstrate a profound understanding of the intricacies involved in multi-unit residential projects. Proficiency in Revit is essential to effectively translate design concepts into detailed plans. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effortlessly convey your vision to clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. A confident, approachable demeanor and strong team-player mindset will further strengthen your ability to build lasting relationships and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.

Please note, this is not a hyrbid role as the practice believes in fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment, leading by example and providing equal opportunities for all team members to learn, progress and reach their full potential.
