An AJ100 architectural practice with a presence throughout the country, is seeking a skilled BIM-focused Architect to join their team in Central London. Position Overview

As a BIM-focused Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the practice's complex projects, providing BIM modelling expertise across multiple project stages. This includes a 50-bed hotel and a significant retail redevelopment involving the creation of a public square. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, showcasing the practice's commitment to design excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM modelling support through stages three and four at a basic level

• Manage and develop BIM models while potentially working as a practicing architect

• Contribute to the development of the public sector portfolio, particularly in the education sector

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the effective integration of BIM processes

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in BIM

Requirements

• Qualified architect or technologist with strong BIM skills, specifically competent at BIM level two

• Experience in the public sector, particularly in education, is preferred

• Ability to manage and develop BIM models while potentially working as a practicing architect

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for innovative design and commitment to delivering high-quality projects
