The Position 

As a Senior Architect, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of a prestigious project in Moorgate as described below. With your high level of expertise, you will be responsible for overseeing the project with a high degree of complexity and leading multi-disciplinary design teams. Additionally, you will manage a small team of 4 or 5 individuals. Your excellent design and technical knowledge across all RIBA work stages, particularly stages 5+, will be essential. The role also involves managing clients, contractors, and ensuring the smooth coordination of all project elements.

The Moorgate project is an impressive Grade A office space covering 80,000 square feet in London's financial district. It boasts exceptional features, including expansive outdoor terrace areas on the fifth to eighth floors, and top-notch amenities designed to enhance the occupant experience. Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:  

• Extensive experience working with external consultants and contractors. 

• Previous experience in team management. 

• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary design teams. 

• Excellent design and technical knowledge across all RIBA work stages. 

• Capability to handle projects with a high degree of complexity. 

• Competency in fire and life safety design in line with ARB guidelines. 

• Competency in sustainable design in accordance with ARB guidelines. 

• Consistently producing high-quality work with excellent graphic, written and verbal presentation skills.
