Responsibilities

The appointed Architect will enhance the firm's reputation through meticulous delivery of interior projects. Your role is pivotal in:

• Managing and leading smaller scale projects with budgets up to £10m, ensuring high-quality execution and attention to detail.

• Orchestrating productive meetings with consultants and representing the firm's innovative design portfolio to clients.

• Spearheading commercial fit-outs, including those for high-profile venues arenas and potential collaborations with a proate gym group amongst other projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications, experiences, and abilities:

• Accredited qualification in Architecture and full proficiency in Revit.

• Demonstrable experience in commercial fit-out projects, with a refined eye for detail and an exemplary track record of project delivery.

• Excelling in a client-facing role and adept at presenting and communicating complex design concepts with clarity.

• Authorised to work in the UK without sponsorship.
