Our client, an established architecture practice with offices in London and across the UK, is seeking a talented Architect or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing London team. With a commitment to improving lives, connecting communities, and enhancing the environment, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of innovative projects.


Position Overview

As an Architect or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a variety of projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, sports, leisure, and commercial. Your strong technical skills and experience across RIBA work stages 4-6 will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and innovative designs.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of a diverse range of projects, including healthcare, education, sports, leisure, and commercial

  • Demonstrate strong technical and delivery skills across RIBA work stages 4-6

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget

  • Utilise Revit to produce accurate and detailed drawings and models

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met


Requirements

  • Architect or Part 2 Qualified with 3+ years post part 2 experience in practice

  • Proven experience delivering projects across RIBA work stages 4-6

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for sustainable and innovative design solutions
