Responsibilities

As a key part of the team, you will lead the architectural design for a large urban regeneration project housing significant retail and residential space in Central London. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape small store workspaces, modern markets and a major supermarket, as well as multiple, progressive residential units, directly influencing the built environment and people's experience of it.

  • Leading design and planning for numerous residential and retail spaces, including a well-known supermarket

  • Coordinating with the client and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

  • Participating in planning meetings and discussions to move the project forward

  • Ensuring your designs adhere to sustainable and accessible design principles


Requirements

  • Architect with 3-5 years of experience

  • Hands-on larger scheme retail experience and project coordination are essential

  • Prior experience working on a large supermarket project

  • Demonstrable knowledge of sustainable design
