Responsibilities
As a key part of the team, you will lead the architectural design for a large urban regeneration project housing significant retail and residential space in Central London. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape small store workspaces, modern markets and a major supermarket, as well as multiple, progressive residential units, directly influencing the built environment and people's experience of it.
Leading design and planning for numerous residential and retail spaces, including a well-known supermarket
Coordinating with the client and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Participating in planning meetings and discussions to move the project forward
Ensuring your designs adhere to sustainable and accessible design principles
Requirements
Architect with 3-5 years of experience
Hands-on larger scheme retail experience and project coordination are essential
Prior experience working on a large supermarket project
Demonstrable knowledge of sustainable design
