Responsibilities

Your pivotal role as a Part II Architectural Assistant will involve working on various commercial fit-out projects across all RIBA stages. Each day will bring a different challenge as you navigate an array of projects at various stages, leveraging your skills and experience to rapidly adapt and succeed.

Your responsibilities include but aren't restricted to:

• Participate in multiple projects across all RIBA stages

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative architectural solutions

• Activily contribute in design presentations and participate in interactive discussions on design issues

Requirements

If you have the following qualifications and skills, we'd love to hear from you:

• A recognised Part II Architectural Assistant qualification

• Proficiency in Revit

• Proven experience in Commercial Fit-out is desirable

• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
