Responsibilities
Your pivotal role as a Part II Architectural Assistant will involve working on various commercial fit-out projects across all RIBA stages. Each day will bring a different challenge as you navigate an array of projects at various stages, leveraging your skills and experience to rapidly adapt and succeed.
Your responsibilities include but aren't restricted to:
Participate in multiple projects across all RIBA stages
Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients
Contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative architectural solutions
Activily contribute in design presentations and participate in interactive discussions on design issues
Requirements
If you have the following qualifications and skills, we'd love to hear from you:
A recognised Part II Architectural Assistant qualification
Proficiency in Revit
Proven experience in Commercial Fit-out is desirable
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
