Responsibilities

In the first 6 months, you'll dive straight into job running, working on a 9-unit project in stage 3+. You'll have the chance to contribute to residential and adventure projects, bringing your skills and ideas to the table in order to achieve impactful results. The former project is extremely exicting as it is a range of projects dotted around the UK. This will include way fining, public realm designs for kids and familes, and refurbishing, remodelling and repurposing a range of Listed Buildings within the estate. 

Your role will expand as you participate in the pitching process for new jobs, working on feasibility studies and engaging directly with potential clients. This position would be ideal for someone that is confident, outgoing and ready to make their mark on a challenging and fulfilling role. 

This role needs someone who wants to lead from the front and progress their career with an increasing level of autonomy and responsibility. There are no walls or ceilings here - simply support to help you reach your full potential and help you to deliver some of your best work.

• Positive can do attitude

• Not afraid to get stuck in

• Strong knowledge of Vectorworks is beneficial

• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
