Position Overview

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional architectural solutions for our client's discerning clientele. You will be involved in all project stages, from initial design concepts through to on-site coordination and completion, ensuring that each project adheres to the highest standards of design and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for high-end residential projects, with a focus on historic buildings and heritage properties

• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and bespoke architectural solutions tailored to unique client requirements

• Contribute to all project stages, from concept design through to on-site coordination and completion

• Ensure projects adhere to relevant building regulations and heritage guidelines

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and skills with colleagues

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally within high-end residential or heritage projects

• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with clients and contractors
