A leading AJ100 practice with design studios across the UK is looking for a delivery or site Architect with large, complex project experience to join their team. As site architect, you will be responsible for realising the ambitious and substantial conversion of a grade II listed building in central London.

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Architect, you will play an instrumental role in leading the construction and delivery of a significant Grade II listed building. You will navigate and manage the complexities of converting serviced offices into laboratory spaces. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

• Lead the construction and delivery of a grade II listed building, including responding to queries, coordinating with design managers, and writing regular reports

• Produce creative sketch solutions, record issues, and attend coordination meetings

• Oversee the project over a period of 12-18 months, ensuring timely and budget-accurate delivery

Requirements

• Experience as a Site Architect on large complex new build and / or extensive alteration works across listed buildings.

• Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects

• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, & BIM

• High levels of creativity, imagination, and design drafting skills

• Proven project management and planning skills

• Analytical skills, excellent problem-solving, and mathematical ability

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills

• A keen interest and awareness of ESG
