Responsibilities

In this role, you will steer the architectural vision for a range of impactful large-scale residential projects from tender to construction phases. In this role, you will :

• Harness your expertise to ensure all designs meet the highest standards of technical housing, the London Plan, and building regulations.

• Craft compelling residential layouts and accommodation schedules that echo the ethos of the studio's design philosophy. 

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to secure the successful delivery of bespoke tender or construction packages.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with large-scale UK residential projects. 

• Advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM software. 

• Proven track record within RIBA Stages 3 to 6. 

• Solid understanding of technical housing standards and compliance. 

• Versatility in dealing with tender or construction documentation. 

• Exceptional technical and design capabilities. 

• Familiarity with Enscape would be advantageous. 

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
