Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of ISO 19650 project delivery within a team environment.

• Develop, maintain and ensure compliance of approved BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned to practice standards framework relative to ISO 19650.

• Respond to BIM support requests at the project level effectively.

• Develop design delivery solutions in partnership with office BIM Leadership.

• Demonstrate proficiency in model management, collaboration, information management, coordination, clash detection and auditing.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of British standards relative to the UK BIM Framework (ISO 19650, BS1192, BS8541).

• Relevant work experience or qualification in the building industry preferably as an Architect/Architectural Designer including BIM Coordination.

• Recognised certification i.e. Autodesk Certification; BSI; BRE; RICS.

• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, BIM360, and Navisworks.

• Familiarity with NBS Specification application NBS Chorus and Uniclass 2015 classification codes.
