Our client, a vibrant architectural practice with a great design ethos, is seeking a talented Package Architect to join their team in Sheppards Bush. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and large-scale student accommodation projects while contributing to the practice's innovative processes and varied design output.


Position Overview

As a Package Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing architectural packages for complex student accommodation projects. You will collaborate with the team to ensure varied and innovative design output, contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and techniques, and take ownership of projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop architectural packages for complex student accommodation projects

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure varied and innovative design output

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and techniques

  • Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery

  • Actively participate in the practice's program and fabrication processes


Requirements

  • Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)

  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes

  • Proficiency in Revit and excellent communication skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years post-Part 3 experience

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects, ideally in student accommodation or larger scheme residential

  • Experience in leading a team and collaborating with other professionals

  • Expertise in architectural design principles and practices

  • Ability to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions

  • Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and technologies

  • Familiarity with BIM processes

  • Creative and forward-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
