We're looking for a highly skilled and diligent Package Architect to join a skilled and creatively-driven team of 20 and growing.

Position Overview

This West-London based role involves integrating developed designs into stage 4 packages during the Tender stage for a myriad of design-led, large-scale projects. The Package Architect will collaborate closely with design teams, consultants, and engineers to achieve efficient design solutions while ensuring seamless coordination between relevant drawing packages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and integrating the developed design into stage 4 packages.

• Collaborating with teams to review technical requirements and make design adjustments.

• Preparing detailed specifications, drawings, and documentation.

• Selecting appropriate materials, equipment, and systems.

• Engaging in effective communication with project team members, contractors, and suppliers.

• Conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to approved designs.

• Addressing design-related queries and resolving any construction issues promptly.

Requirements

• Degree in architecture or a related field.

• At least 3+ years of experience in practice post Part III.

• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction practices.

• Proficiency in Revit.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with sustainability principles.
