Our client, an award-winning architectural practice in London Bridge, is seeking a skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant/Architect to join their talented team.

Position Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of high-profile projects, including stunning residential developments, student accommodations, and mixed-use buildings. You will work closely with the team to create innovative, design-led solutions that consistently deliver exceptional levels of service to their clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creative design process from concept through to tender and on-site delivery

• Utilise your Revit skills and eye for detail to produce deliverable projects that positively impact the way people live, learn and work

• Collaborate with a diverse team of architects and designers, sharing knowledge and ideas to drive projects forward

• Ensure projects adhere to UK Building Regulations and industry best practices

• Prepare and present design proposals and documentation to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Part 2 qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience in practice

• Experience working on residential, student accommodation or mixed-use projects

• Proficiency in Revit and strong presentation skills with a supporting portfolio

• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience across RIBA Work Stages 2-4

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
