Our client, an award-winning architectural practice in London Bridge, is seeking a skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant/Architect to join their talented team.

Position Overview
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of high-profile projects, including stunning residential developments, student accommodations, and mixed-use buildings. You will work closely with the team to create innovative, design-led solutions that consistently deliver exceptional levels of service to their clients.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the creative design process from concept through to tender and on-site delivery
Utilise your Revit skills and eye for detail to produce deliverable projects that positively impact the way people live, learn and work
Collaborate with a diverse team of architects and designers, sharing knowledge and ideas to drive projects forward
Ensure projects adhere to UK Building Regulations and industry best practices
Prepare and present design proposals and documentation to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
Part 2 qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience in practice
Experience working on residential, student accommodation or mixed-use projects
Proficiency in Revit and strong presentation skills with a supporting portfolio
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience across RIBA Work Stages 2-4
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and collaboration skills
