Position Overview

As a Part Two Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional architectural design solutions for our client's discerning clientele. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique vision and requirements, ensuring a tailored and discreet service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects, pushing boundaries and reshaping London's architectural landscape.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for bespoke architectural projects

• Develop and produce detailed architectural designs and documentation for prime residential and hospitality projects

• Focus on historic and heritage buildings, ensuring sensitive and contextually appropriate interventions

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications

• Engage with planning authorities and stakeholders to navigate regulatory landscape and secure necessary approvals

Requirements

• RIBA Part Two qualification or equivalent in Architecture

• Proven experience in architectural design, particularly in prime residential and hospitality sectors

• Strong understanding of heritage conservation and experience working with listed buildings

• Proficiency in Vectorworks a plus

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach

• Passion for design and commitment to delivering exceptional results
