Position Overview
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the practice's projects, from concept design through to completion. You will work closely with the project team, contributing to the development of innovative and contextually responsive designs that embody the practice's commitment to creating inclusive and thriving communities.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of architectural designs, from concept through to detailed design and construction
Contribute to the production of drawings, models, and presentations using Revit and other relevant software
Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops as required
Support the practice's commitment to sustainable design and social responsibility
Requirements
Part II architectural qualification (or equivalent)
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
Strong design skills and an understanding of contemporary architectural principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Commitment to sustainable design and social responsibility
