Position Overview
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and development of the practice's diverse portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the team to create exceptional spaces that blend architectural excellence with interior design finesse. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make a significant impact within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, spanning residential, commercial, and development sectors
Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality design presentations and technical drawings
Support project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design solutions
Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
Requirements
A recognised degree in Architecture
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an architectural or design practice
Proficiency in relevant software, especially Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small office environment
A proactive attitude and flexibility to assist with various tasks across design and development projects
