The Position:

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of professionals in a vibrant studio environment. Your role will involve undertaking design development, conducting data research, and contributing to projects at various scales. You will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models and visualisations, creating illustrative and diagrammatic materials, drafting 2D CAD drawings for planning applications, and conducting comprehensive case studies and policy-based research.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce accurate plans, sections, and elevations to a high technical and presentation standard.

  • Excellent working knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably Rhino.

  • Strong visual communication skills, including both hand-drawn and digital output at a high level of presentation.

  • Proficiency in Adobe suite products, ensuring the production of visually compelling materials.

  • Solid physical model-making skills.

  • Strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to develop concepts into well-rounded proposals.

  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to engage with new processes, software, teams, and projects.
