Are you an experienced and creative part 2 architectural assistant with a keen eye for design? If so, then this could be just the opportunity you've been looking for. Our client, a leading residential architecture studio based in Waterloo, is looking to recruit a part 2 with a strong design background. Working across a diverse portfolio including residential, hotel, commercial and community projects, you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a collaborative and ambitious environment.

The Position

As a part II architectural assistant, you will play a vital role in developing and preparing design and technical documentation across all RIBA stages. With an excellent eye for design, you will utilise your strong graphic skills and 3D design ability to bring innovative solutions to life in a collaboartive and supportive environment where creativity is encouraged and high standards are the norm.  Working alongside a highly talented team with diverse experience, you will enjoy ample opportunities for growth and career advancement with a chance to make a meaningful impact and take your career to new heights.


Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ practice experience working at all RIBA stages
• A strong design ability including experience of detail / technical design and delivery
• Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp (or similar) and appropriate rendering competencies
• Knowledge of Autocad and Revit would be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, approachable and a strong team player
