The Position
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will be involved in the design and technical development of a range of private and developer-led residential projects, ensuring compliance with best practice design standards. To successfully fulfil this role, you should demonstrate a strong design awareness, develop technical design drawings and be proficient in Vectorworks. You should have strong communication skills, be organised, accurate and able to work independently or in a team. You should also have a good knowledge of the UK building regulations.

Requirements

• Two years (minimum) post-part 2 work experience in UK

• Demonstrate strong design awareness

• Develop and deliver technical design drawings

• Proficient in Vectorworks

• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Excellent communicator

• Ability to work accurately and timely
