Position Overview
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work three days per week, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking a balance between their professional and personal commitments.
Responsibilities
Manage office supplies and inventory, coordinating procurement and maintaining budgetary controls
Support the directors in project management tasks, including scheduling meetings and liaising with clients and stakeholders
Facilitate communication within the team, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
Manage the studio's social media accounts, showcasing their portfolio and engaging with their audience
Provide HR support, contributing to the recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Experience with social media management and marketing
Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work part-time, three days per week
