Position Overview

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work three days per week, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking a balance between their professional and personal commitments.


Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, coordinating procurement and maintaining budgetary controls

  • Support the directors in project management tasks, including scheduling meetings and liaising with clients and stakeholders

  • Facilitate communication within the team, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture

  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency

  • Manage the studio's social media accounts, showcasing their portfolio and engaging with their audience

  • Provide HR support, contributing to the recruitment and onboarding processes


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

  • Experience with social media management and marketing

  • Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is advantageous

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work part-time, three days per week
