Responsibilities

As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the studio, working on a diverse range of projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients and team members, utilising your commercial fit-out expertise to create design solutions that meet project and client needs. Specifically, you will:

• Manage various projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

• Collaborate with the interior design team to execute detailed technical drawings

• Work independently on projects ensuring all stages of the design are being met

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating your team

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Is proficient in using Revit

• Has substantial experience in commercial fit-outs

• Has a solid understanding of stages 4 and 5 in commercial fit-outs

• Is driven, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a part of a team
