Our client, an award-winning architecture practice with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a proactive and self-starting PA to join their collaborative team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of a practice known for its thoughtful, innovative, and well-crafted architecture.


Position Overview

As a PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Practice Manager, Management Team, and principal, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will range from administrative tasks to maintaining the company website, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice. 


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Practice Manager and Management Team

  • Manage travel and accommodation bookings

  • Handle diary management for Principal Architect

  • Respond to PR queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain the office, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment

  • Perform reception duties, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls

  • Offer administrative and IT support to the team

  • Manage archiving and documentation processes

  • Update and maintain the company website


Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Proactive and self-starting attitude

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

  • Proficiency in office software and IT troubleshooting

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
