Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing architecture practice, is seeking a skilled Project Architect to join their team in delivering a range of exciting retrofit projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to contribute to the growth of a boutique practice with a strong focus on sustainability.

Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of complex retrofit projects, including the redesign of a cinema and a challenging base build cut and carve project. You will work closely with the founding partners and the project teams to ensure the successful execution of these projects, contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex retrofit projects, including a very well-known cinema redesign and a base build cut and carve project

• Develop detailed external and internal designs using Revit

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion

• Contribute to the practice's commitment to sustainability by incorporating sustainable design principles into projects

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering complex architectural projects, particularly in the retrofit sector

• Strong proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software

• Excellent technical skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Commitment to sustainable design principles

• ARB registered and RIBA qualified (or equivalent)
