Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of the practice's residential projects, focusing on student accommodation and multi-unit housing. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from RIBA Stages 3-5, ensuring the highest standards of design and construction are met. This position offers the chance to work on notable projects, such as a 20-story tower in West Kentish Town, Camden, and an 11-15 story tower in central Hammersmith.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-rise residential projects, including student accommodation and multi-unit housing

  • Oversee projects from RIBA Stages 3-5, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

  • Utilise Revit to create and manage project documentation and models

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice's design processes and standards


Requirements

  • Proven experience working on high-rise, multi-residential, or student accommodation projects

  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software

  • Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 3-5 and experience managing projects through these stages

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for delivering innovative, high-quality architectural designs
