Position Overview
As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the studio's UK and international projects, focusing initially on their portfolio of luxury residential developments. You will take ownership of projects, managing complex architectural tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.
Responsibilities
Manage the design and delivery of high-end residential projects from concept to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using Revit
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Contribute to the studio's growth by participating in business development and client relationship management
Requirements
Significant experience in high-end residential architecture
Proven ability to manage complex projects independently
Proficiency in Revit (practice experience or self-taught)
Strong project management skills and effective communication abilities
RIBA or ARB accreditation (desirable)
Experience in managing junior team members (highly desirable)
