Our client, a young and dynamic architectural practice with a great design ethos, is seeking a talented Project Architects to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of complex and varied projects, including high-rise residential and student accommodation developments in prime London locations.
Position Overview
As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and high-quality architectural solutions for our client's diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from RIBA stages 3-5, working closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery.
This position offers the chance to work on landmark projects, such as a 20-storey tower in Kentish Town , and an amazing mimxed-use residential development in central Hammersmith.
Responsibilities
Manage and deliver projects from RIBA stages 3-5, ensuring high-quality design output
Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative architectural solutions
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and documentation
Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice's design processes and methodologies
Requirements
Professional qualification in architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 3 or equivalent)
Proven experience in delivering high-rise, multi-residential, or student accommodation projects
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple stakeholders
Commitment to design excellence and attention to detail
