Our client, a young and dynamic architectural practice with a great design ethos, is seeking a talented Project Architects to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of complex and varied projects, including high-rise residential and student accommodation developments in prime London locations.

Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and high-quality architectural solutions for our client's diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from RIBA stages 3-5, working closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery. 

This position offers the chance to work on landmark projects, such as a 20-storey tower in  Kentish Town , and an amazing mimxed-use residential development in central Hammersmith.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects from RIBA stages 3-5, ensuring high-quality design output

• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative architectural solutions

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success

• Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice's design processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Professional qualification in architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 3 or equivalent)

• Proven experience in delivering high-rise, multi-residential, or student accommodation projects

• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple stakeholders

• Commitment to design excellence and attention to detail
