The practice has recently expanded into developer projects, securing three such jobs in the past few months, marking an exciting new chapter in their journey.

Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in assisting with the design and development of the practice's architectural projects. Working closely with the team, you will contribute to creating high-quality design presentations and technical drawings, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specifications. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping the firm continue to deliver exceptional residences and crafted spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, encompassing both residential and commercial spaces

• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality design presentations and technical drawings

• Support project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design solutions

• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality

Requirements

• A recognised degree in Architecture

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an architectural or design practice

• Proficiency in relevant software, particularly Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small office environment

• A proactive attitude and flexibility to assist with various tasks across design and development projects
