Position Overview
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance across all projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring teams, leading technical documentation, and overseeing internal processes for Building Regulations.
Responsibilities
Provide technical and compliance leadership across projects
Mentor teams on building regulations through CPD learning and workshops
Lead the technical documentation and specifications of projects
Oversee internal technical compliance and processes for Building Regulations
Prepare internal design, technical and regulatory compliance reviews
Communicate changes to regulations and their impact on projects
Prepare documentation packages and detailed specifications on projects
Be an ambassador for good design, technical excellence and safe practices
Requirements
Registered Architect with 3-5 years post part 3 experience
Experience in delivering larger scheme student accommodation or residential projects
Proven experience in technical delivery and site services
Interest in gaining more knowledge on the Building Safety Act and Approved Documents
Proficiency in Revit is a must
