The Position 

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project Architect to manage and deliver a range of  residential projects of varying scales and complexities from conception to completion, ensuring the compliance of best design practices and regulatory requirements. As Project Architect, you will be accountable for coordinating the project development process, approving designs, and leading design reviews with associates and directors while building and nurturing a positive relationship with the client and other members of the design team.  

Requirements: 

• Expertise in project management and team coordination for projects of various sizes. 

• Knowledge of UK building regulations, British Standards, and UK planning law. 

• In-depth understanding of construction contracts and scope of services. 

• Ability to lead the design process from inception to completion. 

• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
