Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will stride confidently at the helm of one of the firm's largest projects – a super-prime residential refurbishment in the heart of London's prime district. Your role will involve:
Taking an assertive role in every project stage from inception to completion overseeing the project's successful development and delivery.
Manage and inspire an exceptional in-house team along with external consultants to ensure the flawless execution of plans.
Oversee project development, ensuring creative and technical requirements are seamlessly synced.
Foster strong relationships with clients and consultants, always championing excellence.
Drive the vision and the delivery of bespoke design solutions, fulfilling unique client briefs.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 5 years post Part III experience in professional practice (within the UK).
Experience managing high-end luxury residential/Hotel projects with a contract value of circa £5 million upwards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Excellent hand-drawing/sketching skills.
Proven track record of running a project from stages 1 – 7.
Strong all-round management skills and ability to lead a small team.
Confidence in liaising with contractors and external consultants.
