Responsibilities:

As a key member of the team, you will stride confidently at the helm of one of the firm's largest projects – a super-prime residential refurbishment in the heart of London's prime district. Your role will involve:

• Taking an assertive role in every project stage from inception to completion overseeing the project's successful development and delivery.

• Manage and inspire an exceptional in-house team along with external consultants to ensure the flawless execution of plans.

• Oversee project development, ensuring creative and technical requirements are seamlessly synced.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and consultants, always championing excellence.

• Drive the vision and the delivery of bespoke design solutions, fulfilling unique client briefs.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years post Part III experience in professional practice (within the UK).

• Experience managing high-end luxury residential/Hotel projects with a contract value of circa £5 million upwards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

• Excellent hand-drawing/sketching skills.

• Proven track record of running a project from stages 1 – 7.

• Strong all-round management skills and ability to lead a small team.

• Confidence in liaising with contractors and external consultants.
