Responsibilities

As a pivotal figure within the team, your enduring impact will stem from steering projects from inception to realisation:

• Lead developmental and domestic projects through all stages with exceptional acumen;

• Engage with clients, contractors, and developers, establishing strong professional relationships;

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to unlock the potential of each unique project;

• Deliver designs that captivate and contribute positively to our social fabric, both nationally and internationally.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a Senior Architect, with ambitions to ascend to Associate level within 1-2 years;

• Proficiency in Revit;

• Demonstrable track record in managing projects effectively, with a focus on team leadership;

• A hands-on approach, coupled with the capability to guide team efforts toward successful outcomes.
