Responsibilities

As a senior architect you will play a pivotal role in leading a talented team of five to deliver two prestigious residential schemes in London. These projects, comprising 300 and 600 units respectively, offer a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the built environment. Moreover, by incorporating principles of walkability and ease of public transport, you will contribute to shaping cities that prioritise sustainability and the well-being of its residents.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, the firm is seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in multi-unit residential projects

• Strong background in construction

• Proficiency in Revit, with BIM Level 2 experience being desirable

• Knowledge of Enscape is preferred

• A team-oriented mindset and a natural leader

• Exceptional design, graphic, and communication skills

• Confidence in client-facing and contractor-facing roles
