Our client, a highly regarded architecture practice based across the UK and in London, is seeking a technically strong Senior Architect to lead the delivery of a variety of high-profile projects across the healthcare, education, sports, leisure, and commercial sectors in their expanding London office.


Position Overview

As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of a diverse range of projects, bringing your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the highest quality outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work on significant projects that make a positive impact on communities and contribute to the overall success of the practice.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of projects across RIBA work stages 4-6, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to timelines and budgets

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to deliver successful project outcomes

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice's design processes and technical standards

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to build strong, long-lasting relationships


Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as an architect

  • Strong technical and delivery skills, with experience across RIBA work stages 4-6

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions
