Responsibilities

In this high-impact role, you'll infuse projects with visionary design, shaping the aesthetic of diverse builds from quaint mews to grand mixed-use developments. You will:

  • Lead design efforts ensuring outstanding quality and detail

  • Articulate creative solutions from conception to delivery

  • Collaborate across teams, fostering an environment of shared expertise

  • Interact with clients and contractors confidently, shaping enduring partnerships

  • Navigate projects of varying scale with a mindful approach to bespoke architecture


Requirements

  • A robust portfolio showcasing design prowess and technical acumen

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, desirable but not essential

  • Superb communication skills, both spoken and written

  • An amiable and assertive disposition befitting a team anchor

  • Prior experience in high-end residential, hotel, or similar sectors, highly regarded
